    Good afternoon, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback via Healthwatch, which we will of course share with the staff identified. The reception team often go beyond their duty to help resolve patient problems and get the answers patients need to their problem, so its really lovely to hear that your experience mirrors this. Our Health Care Assistant appointments are usually available to book at least 4 weeks in advance, but these can get booked quite quickly. We have recently trained two other members of staff to take blood samples and hope this will increase our capacity for phlebotomy. With regards to the sad departure of Dr Anttila, we had previously appointed 2 new salaried GP's (Dr Adebayo and Dr Oyelola) who will each be taking on a partnership role and have their own patient lists, as well as this we will be having an additional salaried GP joining us in September. Once we are settled with all the changes we will inform those who were previously registered under Dr Anttila of their new named GP.     Hi Carol, Thank you for the positive feedback which we will share with Charlotte. We too think she is a real asset and hope to be seeing more of her at the Practice in the future.     Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review about our services, it really is valued and appreciated! Any feedback we receive is shared across the organisation and this helps us to identify any learning points as well as giving us the opportunity to commend good work from our hard working employees. This also gives us the opportunity to reply to patients with (what we hope will be) helpful information. There are several ways to access our service, including; - our website https://www.oldcattonsurgery.nhs.uk/digitalpractice/consulting-room/ Requests for appointments and any other enquiries can be submitted via our website, which you do not need a log-in for. You can also submit attachments, including photos, if you think this would be helpful to your enquiry. - by telephone 01603 415519 You will be given multiple options to choose from. - by coming to the practice If you would like to speak to someone more discreetly please inform the receptionist who can arrange for a private room to listen to any information you are happy to share or if preferred we can provide you with paper and a pen to write the information down. All requests for appointments are put on our triage list which is assessed by either the Practice Nurse or the Duty GP, depending on who is most appropriate. However, we do ask our reception team to take as much information as possible prior to placing the request on the triage list. Please be assured that any decisions taken and assessments made are done so by a Health Care Professional.     Good afternoon, Thank you for the feedback you have provided, which has been shared with the rest of the organisation. We really like the online forms too, as it allows patients to give lots of information and specify what kind of help they are looking for. There are lots of other forms on the website, which allows patients to submit key information (anything from blood pressure readings through to medication requests) without needing a username and password to log-in! We also welcome communication by whichever means suits the patient; whether that\'s via e-mail, face to face or the telephone, but would probably draw the line at pigeon mail or smoke signals!
