Sometimes good, sometimes bad

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. The doctor and nurses are good. The receptionists are often not sympathetic.

Nurses are great

It's mostly great. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment to see a doctor. The nurses are great.

It was my first time coming to the surgery after moving here recently. It was a good first impression. I came for my flu jab, it was great, very quick.

Always very good, staff are very clear and helpful. Now the online system is up it's great, I find it much better than the phones.

Attended Flu Clinic. Perfect, it was so efficient. It was clearly well thought through so that they could get everyone seen quickly. I'm now getting to grips with the website which makes things easier too.
