  Came to see Dr Green on the 3rd. Amazing doctor and so thorough. Had issues obtaining prescription that I could not obtain until 4th. Could not get parts of prescription. Receptionist was so kind and helpful went above and beyond her role even checking pharamcy had meds. Thank you so much for your care. 5*

  Today (10/05/2023) I was seen by mental health practitioner Amie. She was so helpful and kind to me. She made me feel much better about my situation and gave me lots of help and advice. She also made me realise my situation doesn’t define me and I am going to move onto better things all I can say is thank you so so much

  I came in to see about making an appointment for my mother. Becky was extremely helpful and made sure mum was seen that afternoon. Lovely lady and great service. The only improvements would be more doctors and less waiting times.

  I work full time, around 10 hours a day, so I thought I would send a message in the evening, in the hope that someone would come back to me with an appointment time over the following couple of days (I appreciate people are busy)...but no, you can't submit a form when the surgery is closed! Why not? So, I've just tried to submit a form during the day, but uh-uh, it's after 12pm and as all the appointments have gone, you can't submit a form. Why not? I don't need an appointment TODAY, but I do need an appointment. These systems do not cater for people who work and can't fit into their very restricted idea of what everyone wants or needs. Is there honestly no process for people like me who need an appointment but not immediately? Bonkers!

  I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to book an appointment. The reason that GP appointment requests are open from 8-12 is due to managing the demand. If they were open all day, an urgent request may get missed and we only have a set number of appointments available to work safely. Our phone lines are open from 8-6 including over lunch times. We do have appointments available outside of normal working hours to accommodate patients like yourself who work long hours.
