Kind and patient staff
2nd May 2025They've been very kind and patient when I take my sister in. We haven't seen a doctor we see the nurse practitioners and we're happy with that as they're very good.

They all do their best
20th February 2025Brilliant! They are oversubscribed and it's a job to get an appointment. You get concerned when you can't see someone when you need to. But they all try. I know the people there. It's not their fault. They all do their best.

we have received good care and support from the surgery
9th December 2024When my mother was in hospital, the surgery called us to check if there was anything we needed; both the nurse and dispensary called us. On several occasions I have called the surgery and have gotten through each time. I would say that we have received good care and support from the surgery.

The nurse was very helpful and pleasant.
11th November 2024I have a nasty cough and I wondered if it had gone on to my chest. The nurse checked me over and was able to reassure me that it had not.

Got all the help and understanding I needed
30th September 2024Needed a fit note with altered hours for Universal Credit. Got a telephone appointment with the GP - she was very calm and collected, friendly and professional at the same time. The reception team was extremely helpful as well - went an extra mile to print it out for me

Speedy assessment and action
24th September 2024Saw nurse practitioner at 12.30 due breathing difficulties - I was walking and talking. After initial assessment she called the doctor. By 3pm after the hour's journey I was in hospital. Their suspected diagnosis was spot on and probably saved my life. I should now make a full recovery.

They've been really good
31st August 2024This is mostly on behalf of my dad. They've been really good. It's easy to get appointments. The system with prescriptions is really good. The care has been fine; we've never had to wait too long for appointments. I suppose one small thing is how long you sometimes have to wait on the telephone.

31st August 2024It's excellent. Appointments are on time. You get good attention from the nurses. It's been good getting an appointment; they usually get me in.
