  Overall I think it is generally very good. Staff are helpful and I've not had any problems.

  It's generally good and I don't have any problems with them. The staff are good and getting an appointment is usually okay.

• Communication to get results can be an issue

  The surgery is convenient for me as it's close to where I live. When there is a real need they have stepped up to the mark. The service from the GPs is very good. The reception is good. The telephone message does go on forever and I think it could be shorter. The only instance which has been a less good experience is forms seem to go off to another central location and as the patient we have no means of communicating with that location and the staff here are unable to help. There is a similar issue with blood test results. You do eventually get a message but it takes a long time and if you need to see the doctor again the appointments have often all gone. It is difficult to track results.

  I have always been here and they have helped me lots of times. I'm happy with the service. Today was very quick. I called and got an appointment straight away. I usually get an appointment when I want one. I feel looked after here and have annual check ups. They help me to feel in control of my condition.

  Some of the staff are nice and you can get on with them but some do have a bit of an attitude and don't think you know anything, because you are the patient. I know my body best. We are also having problems getting some of the drugs for my wife because supplies are limited. I think it's a cost issue.

  I find it difficult to make an appointment. I have to come to the surgery in person as they don't answer the phone. I have a regular blood test and one time they called me to say they couldn't do it at The Hollies so I would have to travel to the Gayton Road surgery in Kings Lynn to have it. This was very inconvenient for me as it would be 2 bus journeys but I was lucky as a relative was able to give me a lift. It seemed silly for a simple finger prick test to have to go so far when they usually do it here. I haven't always been here and it would be helpful for me and I'm sure others if there was a staff list on display in the surgery so it's easy to identify the people you are seeing.

• It's improving, much better recently

  They are gradually improving, it has been much better recently. Its easier now to get an appointment. However, when you phone they say they will call back and they don't always do that. I think I should be having 6 monthly checks for a condition but these are not happening. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Some doctors are better than others, it depends who you see. Sometimes they don't seem to listen and brush over what you say.
