I have since found out we can walk to the surgery for 8:30am and you can get an appointment that day. I managed to get one for 9. If you're sick though, how are you meant to get there. If you call up, by the time you get through, all the appointments are gone.

The staff are fantastic, caring and professional. I can't fault the service but the system is wrong. It's so difficult to get appointments and if you do it's one problem then out the door.

The length of time you have to wait for an appointment is too long. My husband has dementia and there has been no follow up care following a hospital visit.
