    Thank you for your feedback which we value. We encourage our patients to use eConsult as this is the preferred and more consistent way for an appointment to be booked. Whilst i understand that not everyone has the internet, all surgeries now have an online platform for their appointments to be booked as it is often seen as a more efficient method. We do have a system in place in the surgery for people who do not have the internet. I am, however, pleased you were able to obtain and appointment and were seen to resolve your problem.     Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback for the Surgery. I am sorry that on this occasion you were not able to follow up with the original GP you had seen. I can assure you however that our Advanced Nurse Practitioners are fully qualified and are able to deal with the vast majority of illnesses presented to them. Whilst I understand that waiting for a period of time for an appointment is frustrating, if the clinician requested, has annual leave or full clinics, it can make it more difficult to get in to see them.
