    Thank you for leaving the Surgery a review. Your rating of our service is appreciated. If you are able to make contact with me in order I can get more information, I would be happy to investigate this for you. The Surgery does get involved with Injections of this type for male patients on site, but every four weeks. I need to know what injections and gender to pursue any answers. Usually the Surgery receives information from the hospital to prompt obtaining the medicines. Again, I would need more information around this in respect of your comments on Pharmacy and N&N.     Thank you very much for leaving this review. I am sorry you have problems getting through on the phone. As the Flu Clinics come to a close and the latest Covid Vacs programme draws to a close, this should ease the demand on the phone. We are also experiencing a patient on the phone is catching up on matters they have left because of the pandemic.     Your feedback is appreciated thank you. The Receptionist work to instructions from the Doctors. Demands on Doctor Face to Face appointments is really high at present. If you phone and need to see a Doctor, you will have an appointment. When the list is at capacity, but you are presenting with what a Doctor believes you need to be seen that day, we do use the Walk In Centre so you are seen. This is the same as all other Surgeries'.
