The receptionists always seem to try to do their best to help you. Over the years I've found them to be very good, particularly how one doctor looked after my father when he had Alzheimer's. Today was quick and the dispensary usually do your prescriptions much quicker than they say it will take. The one thing that's terrible is having to ring at 8 in the morning. I've been number 19 and then been cut off! It's busy even if you ring later in the day but I guess they're taking lots of calls. In September it's changing so that you won't be able to book prescriptions on the Windmill website which has always worked very well. You'll have to go through the NHS one and I'm slightly apprehensive about that. I'm worried it won't work as well.

I understand the frustration of the call queues, unfortunately our lines are always very busy however the team work very hard to get through them as quickly as possible. You can no longer submit prescription requests through footfall, however you can use the NHS App, system online through the website, or by dropping your repeat slip into the surgery. We've lived in many parts of the UK and this is by far the best surgery we've ever been to. They're so fantastic and well organised. They're always amazing, they're so pro-active. My wife was seeing the Physicians Associate and on the way out she spotted a problem on my nose. I was referred to dermatology and it is cancer so I was grateful for that. When our prescriptions are ready we get a message on our phone to collect. They've been through a large staff change but they seem well recruited now.

The doctor was nice

Today was a very good appointment. I was dealt with efficiently and the doctor was really nice. I'm happy with how it was handled. I was called for the appointment after a blood test. I never have to wait too long, I'm surprised how quickly you can get an appointment. My repeat prescription is also dealt with efficiently.

They're great. Like everywhere, it's a few weeks out for an appointment but that's the general situation. You don't tend to get the same doctor, it's nice to see the same one but the doctors I have seen have been great - they listen. I don't really have any complaints.

It was all fine today. They're pretty good, everything works alright. We don't get our pills here anymore as there were problems with one of my medications but they always send the prescriptions over OK.

Never really had any problems with the surgery. They are generally fine. I do think they could be more flexible with the appointment making system. I was in the surgery the other day and asked at the desk if I could make an appointment and I was told to call back at 8am in the morning to make the appointment. They are very helpful with my wife, very good and responsive.

We do our best to provide a number of prebookable appointments throughout the week, as well as early morning and late evening appointments which all can be prebooked, however these do go very fast. If you are acutely unwell and cannot wait until the next prebookable slot the team will advise you call on the day for an appointment to ensure you get the care needed.

Fantastic, we have been coming here for nearly 9 years and never had any problems. They are good at prioritising especially with the children. They were good during COVID when my daughter had some health issues. They never make you feel like you've troubled them. The doctor is really thorough and seems especially knowledgeable.
I only called for an appointment yesterday and I had an appointment today with the right person to see.
