I understand the frustration of the call queues, unfortunately our lines are always very busy however the team work very hard to get through them as quickly as possible. You can no longer submit prescription requests through footfall, however you can use the NHS App, system online through the website, or by dropping your repeat slip into the surgery. We try to keep patients seeing the same GP especially for ongoing issues however this is not always possible. We will always try to accommodate patient requests for certain GPs it may just mean waiting slightly longer to see them. Thank you for your understanding. We do our best to provide a number of prebookable appointments throughout the week, as well as early morning and late evening appointments which all can be prebooked, however these do go very fast. If you are acutely unwell and cannot wait until the next prebookable slot the team will advise you call on the day for an appointment to ensure you get the care needed.
