We value your comments and whilst we do not operate a 'named GP' service, we try where possible during triage to provide continuation of care with the same GP, especially if it is a follow up, however this is not always possible due to working days/leave etc. Our patients are more than welcome to request a certain GP when booking an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate this, it may just mean waiting slightly longer for an appointment.     Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured we do take this into consideration and offer multiple pre-bookable appointments, as well as early morning and evening appointments throughout the week. Of course if your issue requires a GP appointment, we would book you to see one but if you were to require a blood test, BP, dressing, injection etc then this would be booked with a health care assistant as this is what they are trained to do and it would be inappropriate to book with a GP based on their advanced skill set, this would also result in fewer GP appointments for those who really need to see them.

    Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate this, we do make every effort to have pre-bookable appointments available to book in advance and these are often early mornings or evening appointments throughout the week to help those working or who have other commitments.
