• Poor service from GP

  Second time I have seen this DR with the start of tonsillitis I am in a lot of pain and discomfort it’s very clear to see from how swollen and sore my throat is last time I had to use my works DR to get a prescription to get better and again today same poor service from GP making me wait another day to feel worse before I can get a prescription, really poor medical support

  Husband had kidney stones, visited A&E, had to call paramedic two days later as unresponsive. Advised to request CT scan with contrast through GP. GP was resistant and didn't appear to take concerns seriously. Would not prescribe codeine as advised from paramedic. Husband ended up back in A&E two days later on morphine and got an emergency CT with contrast scan. The GP has never followed up.

  I've had a few episodes of care so far at this surgery and everytime I've been treated so well. All the staff are so kind and friendly. Recently went in after an accident in the kitchen and was in a bit of a panic and could not fault the care I received, they went over and above to make sure I was okay and felt safe. I really appreciated it.

• Can\'t get an appointment

  After a bad fall on the escalator at a Norwich shop I tried to get a face to face appointment with a doctor as a follow up to check my back and bruising. Was told that there were no bookable appointments until January and to keep trying by phone every morning. That was on the 17th November and I still haven't been able to get through on the phone as it is constantly engaged. When I finally do get through I am again told there are no bookable appointments until January and to keep phoning.

  My wife has had abdominal pains for several weeks. 2 seperate urine tests have confirmed she has blood in her urine in concentrations that are of concern. In a phone consultation with a Doctor it is suspected that she has kidney stones but rather than booking an appointment she was told to phone in the next morning for a same day emergency appointment. Despite trying daily she either can't get through due to the line being constantly engaged or she is told no appointments are available. Do we have to wait until she gets a kidney stone infection before she can see a Doctor?

• Brilliant through pregnancy

  I think the surgery were brilliant all the way through my pregnancy, I had high Blood Pressure so I had weekly checks there

• When I go in - they're fine.

  I am on a lot of tablets so get seen quite regularly and when I go in they're fine. I don't think they have enough staff and often don't see the same person but that's ok I think. I am not happy to say when the receptionist asks me what is wrong when I call up for an appointment, and I am not online so do find it a bit difficult to make an appointment sometimes.

  The web site will not let me leave a text message out side work hours which is poor as my memerry is poor and if I remember SM something I tend to text it straight away before I forget again

• Menapause

  Overall this surgery and pharmacy are fantastic except through my menapause where I feel under whelmed. I gave my my many concerns and feelings about what I was going through and had little or no help. I feel very isolated and low going through this otherwise this survey is 100% good for me so my rating will be on overall experience
