    Thank you for your comments. We will try to give more advance appointments going forward. But we have found that many of these appointments then become a DNA (did not attend). So the balance it quite difficult.

    Thank you for your feedback. We do have many telephone lines open at that time, & staff to answer the calls, but as you can imagine many people are also trying to get through. We have recruited other staff ie ACP ( Advanced Clinical Practioner). to try to help with appointments, as we have struggled to recruit GP's for some time. We endeavour to provide a good service
