Helpful and understanding
7th January 2020I didn’t go for my smear test immediately I was invited, and was reminded twice, which is a good thing. The test was done by a practice nurse. She was helpful and understanding. The results came fairly quickly.

Some lacking ME support
24th July 2019I have ME, it took me quite a while to get my diagnosis and I felt a little left alone after my diagnosis. There's not a lot of support in Norfolk generally. I don't feel I could go back to the Doctors for general support as I haven't been for so long now

Long waits for appointment
24th July 2019It's difficult to get routine appointments, sometimes there is a wait of up to 3 weeks. I did manage to see the nurse once when I had a recurring issue and needed a prescription - could this be used more to relieve pressure from Doctors? The extended hours / improved access appointments aren't as well promoted as they could be

Good care, hard to get routine appointments
24th July 2019Generally a good service but some difficulty getting appointments - can be a 2-3 week wait, and I haven't found it easy to use the online booking service; more information and guidance would be useful. Access to emergency appointments is good, if you need to be seen urgently they are very accommodating and I have sometimes had a phone call as a triage which has been useful. There is sometimes a conflict of information given by staff in terms of the best way to get appointments.

Outstanding care today
23rd July 2019My 26 year old son needed to be seen urgently . We arrived at 8am and jo the receptionist booked and appointment with dr stores for 9am. Dr stores was truly outstanding - she listened carefully examined him and prescribed treatment which was immediately dispensed electronically from the in house pharmacist-George . No waiting What a brilliant caring team effort. Jo then was able to book a follow up appointment with dr stores. This practice Has really improved . All the staff concerned were caring and polite. Thank you. To you all

Awful doctors particularly for mental health.
31st May 2019The doctors are very 'iffy' do not listen or I feel understand and there could so with being more or at least 1 or 2 who are understanding in regards to mental health. Having been discharged from hellesdon hospital and on certain medications it was paramount I had the right support and I just did not receive it at this surgery. It was extremely stressful and worrying. Compared to doctors surgeries in Norwich I used to go to (Newmarket road and Oak street) it is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend at all. They do not support you, help you or listen.
