Very impressed
18th February 2022I think the surgery is extremely good. I really like the online service. I sent a message at 7:50am one day and got a call back at 8am asking me to come in later that day. I saw a physician's associate face-to-face and was very impressed. They are always on top of scheduling my routine appointments and check ups. The receptionists are all very lovely and helpful.

Good service in difficult times
17th February 2022Any contact I have with the surgery has always been pleasant. I know access to the online system has been reduced and this is frustrating however I feel we are fortunate that we can still use this method to contact the practice, other practices just turn their forms off without any notice!

Even the online system only works in the day!
3rd February 2022Seriosuly, first it you can't submit even a question at the weekend - which is ridiculous enough. Now you can't do it after 4PM on any weekday. If the surgery can't manage their staff workload well enough to cope with the fact people get ill or only have time to submit questions, etc outside of working hours... "To help us manage patient demand more efficiently and effectively during the week – our surgery contact forms which are available on our website will only be available Monday to Friday between 07:00PM and 4:00PM."

Difficulty accessing appointment booking form
3rd February 2022The recent change in times, since Tuesday, that one can book an appointment meant that it has restrict my access to a doctor if my condition is non urgent but needs to be seen nevertheless. I do know that there is a high demand on the surgery, but some people who are working in certain situations and without internet access during working hours are then being inadvertently "denied" access to health care. In my situation I find it very difficult to get online, worse phone call, to make an appointment. However, in the past, when it was making appointments via phone calls only, it was really difficult and the online form has been a very good move - many thanks. Though the online form has been very good, but the recent restrictions has made it very difficult for me. I leave my house in the morning at 7:30am (always a rush) and don't finish work till 4:15 when I then have access to surgery website but it is now too late to make an appointment. It has been a real struggle for me to find some time to get online between 7am and 4pm, the allocated hours. I have not been able to do so since Tuesday and now is Thursday evening. I wanted to get an appointment quickly as I know that a blood test is going to be required and I can only do the blood test in just over a week's time. If I miss that, I will have to wait till the end of March because I could not get time off work. So, I do hope that the times when the appointment forms are available could be changed to much more accessible hours, like 11am to 8pm, without compromising on the total duration of it being available. Hope the surgery could consider the change. Many thanks.

Website access
3rd February 2022The website is shockingly poor to navigate and it’s must be so confusing for those not IT literate. Now can only email the surgery in between 7am-4pm. Simply not good enough for modern day healthcare.

Excellent professional service
29th November 2021Having booked several appointments on line, have always received first class service from all departments. Quick call backs and quick appointments. First class service combined with pleasant and caring staff.

Need to see someone face-to-face
29th September 2021My father had a stroke last August and he hasn't been able to see the GP face-to-face since. No one will come to his house and he isn't allowed into the surgery to see the GP. He is hard of hearing, so phone appointments are pointless for him. It feels like doctors haven't gone back work, but everyone else has.
