  The reply said register for online. The surgery website shows no option to do this.

  I am very sorry to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience when trying to register for our services at Aldborough Surgery. Unfortunately, your comment does not specify which online service you require. However, if you logon to our website and select \"General Enquiries\" from the home screen there are the following registration options: - Register as a new patient. - Register for online services. - Register a carer I hope this helps but if you are still having difficulties then please do not hesitate to contact our Reception team then they will be more than happy to help you.   They have always been very thorough with any treatment I have needed. I can usually get an appointment when required.

  Everyone here is well-mannered and very professional. I have some mental health issues and they are wonderful at dealing with me. They know who I am and what I need from them when I call. Fantastic service.

  The atmosphere here is great. They are all so friendly and there is never any hostility. They look after me really well and always have done.

  There's nothing I would change, it's wonderful. The willingness of staff to help is impressive. The staff are always cheerful. The doctor I saw today listened to me patiently and really took his time.

  It is a first class practice. I can't fault it in any way, shape or form. It's excellent at every level from the administration to the doctoring. They've got a good thing going here, it is unfailingly impressive. Charming!

  I feel like I am treated as an individual here. It's personalised treatment that I receive. I've been coming to this surgery since it opened and have always been impressed by the care.

  Exceptional care is provided from all at the surgery. You can talk to people and know that they will listen. They ask you what you need and provide it. It feels like personalised treatment.

  It's always been good for me. I come often due to my condition and find the nurses to be very, very good. The reception staff are always great. I'm very happy with it and I know I am lucky to have this surgery.
