  The walk-in is a good system for being seen, at least you know you'll get an appointment! It doesn't matter who you see, they're all good. They sometimes call in other doctors or even ring Norfolk and Norwich Hospital specialists if they need a second opinion

  I come weekly to see Kirsty - she's so friendly and helpful. All the staff seem good - reception, clinicians and dispensary. Nothing I'd change!

  I live in Sheringham now but have stayed at this surgery because I'm always very happy with the service - I'm always looked after. I've very rarely used the walk-in surgery but it's an excellent opportunity if you need it.

  I'm registered elsewhere but bringing my grandson. It's very good, this is my first time using the walk-in service so it's a bit of a guessing game! My daughter has used it more regularly though and is very happy especially with the quality of staff

  It seems fine, everything is good in my opinion. The walk-in surgery is useful, making an appointment is hard because my illness often needs to be dealt with urgently and it can be 3 weeks for a routine appointment. Make sure there are cups in the water dispenser!

  I never have any trouble, doctors and receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I got a text to remind me to have my flu jab and was able to book it for me and my husband at the same time

  They look at results as soon as they come in and ring you back. I feel there is always a good response.
