  I just want to say as a newcomer to the area what an unfailingly impressive operation we are blessed with at Aldborough, at every stage of use, on the phone, online and in person. Everything is of uniform high quality.

  One us experienced a sudden acute pain in the knee which was completly immobalising. I occurred abour half an hour before the surgery was due to close. We got through to the surgery immediately, and the receptionist arranged for us to be seen. Dr Holt diagnosed the problem, we were given a prescription and the pharmacist reopened the pharamcy to dispense it. We were both relieved and very grateful to have a diagnosis and treatment.

  I made my first visit to the surgery this morning after moving to this area. I found the all the staff extremely friendly and kind and overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

  I've been coming here for 35 years and the staff are very good and friendly. They know how to look after you. I had to wait a bit for my appointment today, but I didn't mind because that can happen and they apologised. When I went to pay for my prescription they informed me that as I am now over 60 there is no charge, it was great that they told me about that. The Covid-19 restrictions that they have in place seem reasonable and made me feel safe.

  I like all the doctors and have met most of them. I have no complaints at all. I'm not waffling, it's just a really great surgery!

  The surgery is very good. The staff always listen to what you've got to say. I can't think of anything that could be done to improve the surgery.

  Everyone at the surgery is very helpful. The receptionists, the nurses and the doctors are all helpful. They've been a God send with my recent health problems. They're wonderful and will always make sure you are seen.

  I really like it, the open surgery is useful because it takes a long time to get an appointment and often I need seeing sooner. The wait time has varied once you're here though. I've seen 4 or so different doctors but having access to my notes seems to help with the consistency of care. I felt I had to ask questions about my treatment rather than being told - perhaps down to the time restraints of a 10 min appointment?
