  I just saw a lady Dr, she was really extremely efficient and explained everything to me. Most of the Drs here are friendly and helpful, but it can be difficult to see them, in the 21st century there seem to be a multitude of problems which are preventing us from seeing a local GP which is not ok.

  Thank you for your feedback and kind comments about the Doctor you saw. I am not sure what problems you are alluding to in your comments, but we do work to the NHS England/Improvement’s teamworking culture which allows the GP service to run in the 2020’s. You may be seen by the most appropriate member of the clinical team, who may be a Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, Physio, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse or Phlebotomist, all of whom are not General Practitioners but are specialists in their own field of expertise.   I think the surgery is always good - I have had to come Tuesday and Friday for a while now and the waiting times are always good, you kind of come expecting a wait, and you can moan and groan all you like but it wont get you anywhere.

• Very good with everything

  I feel that the surgery are very good with everything - I'm on sick notes which I do online and then collect in surgery. I called up for my sick note and the Dr asked if there was anything else I needed help with and I mentioned something and now I'm seeing him in person next week. Fantastic service!

  Excellent. Always 5 out of 5. I called today, got an appointment today, saw the nurse and the doctor.

  I'm not having a good experience at the moment, they seem very withdrawn and don't want to see anyone. I can't see the reason everyone is still wearing masks, everywhere should just be cleaned between people and then that's fine like the hairdressers. The surgery have been really good since I have come out of hospital though.

  Thank you for your feedback and comments. I am sorry to learn of your perception and the recent experience you have encountered. As throughout the pandemic, we are following UK Health Security Agency guidance, which currently requires all staff/patients to wear masks in any healthcare setting. It was only in mid-April that some of the restrictions as to social distancing in healthcare settings were relaxed, but mask wearing is still very much required, unlike hairdressers where the restrictions have indeed been lifted. It is certainly great to hear that the surgery has been really good since you have come out of hospital. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

  I'm only collecting my prescription today but the surgery is generally okay. It's pretty good, it's fine. I have been coming here a while and yes, it is generally good

• Nice to be back to 'normal'

It is indeed nice to be back to normal – given the pandemic social distancing requirements of GP surgeries, which were only relaxed by NHS England/Improvement after Easter, it was a great day when we were able to return to normal access for our patients. • Been a patient all my life and it's great

  I've been a patient here all my life and it is great, there's nothing bad I can say about the surgery. I have a bit of a problem with getting my prescriptions, I wish I could get it in the surgery but I have to go to the chemist in town.

  Thank you so much for your feedback, kind words and rating of Campingland Surgery. Sadly, we are bound by the national regulations for practice dispensing, which means that we cannot dispense to those of our patients who live relatively close to the surgery, only those living in outlying locations. I know that both the Community Pharmacies in Swaffham have had some staffing issues in the last 6-8 months or so, as have Pharmacies across Norfolk, but also know they are working very hard to try and solve those staffing problems. I do hope they will remain ‘on the high street’ in town for many years to come. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

  I think the surgery is brilliant, the staff are all friendly and always have a smile and go that extra mile. I book all my appointments on the telephone and order my medicines online.

  I have only been here for a very short while but so far they have been very good and efficient. I brought my daughter for her vaccines and they have dealt with me too. Really very good.
