Dear Anonymous Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies for the delay in getting your medication. As you will be aware there are very many supply issues in the UK at the moment, from fuel to supermarket items to medicines. Unfortunately we have no control over deliveries of medications to our dispensary, neither do the NHS Community Pharmacies, where you may have been due to collect the medicine for your son. Mindful of these national supply issues, we have advised that the minimum timeframe for arranging medication has been temporarily extended to 72 hours, I apologise if this was not advised to you, and you expected the medicine to be able to be collected in under this timescale. Hopefully, the issues will settle down with some country-wide temporary arrangements, such as the British Army being involved in national supply chains, and you will have more timely arrangements in the future. Kind regards Ian Wilson Practice Manager

Dear anonymous Thank you for providing this feedback on the situations you encountered - it would had been helpful to know more about the situations so that we could have worked with you on an investigation rather than just posting brief details on this site. It would be very unusual to be able to issue \'blank prescriptions\' as you detail as the vast majority of scripts are electronic direct to a pharmacy, so more details would have been very helpful to understand the exact circumstances. We always try and learn from any situation that is not ideal, and it would have been good to have been able to run our standard learning event process with your assistance. If you would like to assist us further in this process, please do contact me at the surgery and we can use your experience to improve the safety of our patients. Many thanks in advance of your further help in an investigation as to how this \'blank prescription\' issue may have happened. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

Dear anonymous Thank you so much for your feedback on our use of the clear face masks in the surgery environment here at Campingland Surgery. These were slightly difficult to source at the start of the pandemic, but it is great that we have been able to obtain some, and are obviously happy to use with our hearing impaired or Deaf Community patients. We are also looking at some other enablers for those with hearing difficulties. Thanks again for taking the time and trouble to feedback on your experiences. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

Dear David Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to leave your kind words on the service that Campingland Surgery provides. You are right in the fact that difficult times bring forward new ways of working, but we still try and retain quality of care at the heart of everything we do. Thanks again for the positive comments and rating. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

Dear Miss B Thank you every so much for your kind review and the five star rating. Its really good to understand that you have received great service over the years, and your recent experiences have been so good. You are indeed right that the surgery could do with a bit of a makeover - unfortunately, we are situated in a 1960\'s building which is somewhat showing its age. We had hoped to get some improvements done under some centrally funded schemes, but these have been cutback with the pandemic and its consequences. Hopefully, the refresh that we are able to implement in the next few months will meet with your approval. Thanks again for your kind words and rating. Ian Wilson Practice Manager

Dear Anonymous Please accept our apologies if you felt your right to choose had been compromised in respect of the freedom to choose not to have the available Covid vaccinations. The message we are giving our patients , along with all other GP Surgeries across the UK, together with all arms of the NHS, is one which has been formulated by Public Health England. Please do not feel aggrieved that the surgery was robustly communicating this message in line with Public Health England/Central Government mandated requirements - but I certainly do also recognise your valuable personal freedom of choice in not having the Covid vaccination.
