Fantastic experience here with my children
31st July 2022Over the last few weeks I have had a fantastic experience here with my children. They have been very helpful and good. However today for my husband it has not been so good. It has been difficult to get to see someone. However it does feel like a bit of a blip.

I feel a bit neglected
31st July 2022At the moment I can't always get through. It feels like there is nobody there, but it's not their fault. I feel a bit neglected. However, today was good as they called me to make an appointment.

Very Happy
31st July 2022Very good. If I ask for a face-to-face appointment I usually get one. I'm very happy with the service I get here. My nominated GP is very caring.

Not Getting Support
31st July 2022I called 20 times today and couldn't get through, so I walked down here to speak to someone. They said a doctor will call me sometime today. I have mental health issues and feel like I'm not getting the support from the surgery that I need. They just refer me to other places. I feel isolated and alone.

They Are Good
31st July 2022I've been under a GP here for 5 years and haven't even met him yet. I find that I have to really push to get an appointment, I have to say it's urgent. They are good. The dispensary lady is lovely. The doctors are always alright, I just can't get in to see my own. Thankfully, I don't have to come here very often

No Continuity
31st July 2022I use the phone to make appointments. I don't like discussing personal medical issues with the receptionist. I had an issue recently and had to keep having appointments and I saw multiple GPs, there is no continuity. I'd like to be able to see one person for one issue. They make you tell the same story over and over again, it's like they don't read the notes.

Can Get Help When Needed
31st July 2022I book appointments via phone and find it to be easy enough. I'm quite lucky. I'm not totally dissatisfied. I feel like I can get help when I need it.

Uni Student unable to register
28th July 2022I have a home in Snettisham and on a 3 yr degree in Scotland. Every time I come home this surgery makes it difficult for me to register and cancels me after I finally get through saying the registration only stands for 3 months and I have to keep re applying! This is frustrating cus I return home a lot due to covid in Scotland!

No one answers the phone!
28th July 2022I rarely call or see the Dr, but I have tried a number of time and no one answers the phone.
