  Before today I hadn't been to see a doctor for over three years. Due to some trauma in my past I am only comfortable seeing female providers. I was really scared to go to the surgery but the lady doctor I saw made me feel very comfortable and she really listened to me. I'm so glad I went.

  They're very friendly and helpful. They're sticking to good covid rules, I feel safe when I go in. I am able to get a face-to-face appointment if I need one.

  They've always treated me kindly over many years. I mainly come here for blood tests and usually they get me in quick. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment. They look after me well!

  No complaints, the service is good. Luckily I don't have to use it too much. I do think we need more surgeries in this area because they keep building houses here.

  I phoned up with an issue and was able to speak to a doctor that same day. Then they got me in for a face-to-face appointment with the nurse practitioner. She was fantastic. The papers say you can't get an appointment, but I can always get one when I need one!

  Refusal ti allow you be changed to and see a female GP. Refusal to allow you to move to another GP you feel comfortable with and hopefully would be pro active about yr care. Complaints not handled by admin team. DR not notifying you of test results or doung referrals requested. Leave you with long term essential meds as they di t agree with consultants care. No option to join another practice as only one in practice boundary. Phone loop needs turning off so you can actually speak to someone as so far no call backs from actual GPs despite numerous requests although put on gp file differently.. calls made by receptionist ( after expecting go call back many hours) after 6pm very unfriendly towards patients.

  Same as others, don’t follow up after tests done. No referrals done and other professional advice ignored, even consultants. Long term meds not issued unless yet another review which isn’t even due to next year. Why they are not shut down yet for luck of care. They have no right to block medication repeats prescribed by consultant but badly managed by the surgery. Their texted need monitoring too as very unprofessional.

• Awful surgery and bullying of patients

  Awful treatment. Constantly asking medicine reviews when no review due. Now refusing unless you comply with these bullying then you apparently now get yr meds. We taking asthma long term meds. Messed up every referral going to the hospital as well so far. Nurses doing GPS job. GP care non exsustant and let to staff who state you got to go to collect a prescription at the surgery online no e prescription despite a normal drug. You can’t get your long term meds without having to put up with another bullying conversation with a nurse who not allowed to over ride what a consul has prescribed but no they do it anyway. So bad bullying towards patients. Be loads of claims against this surgery soon if they do give life saving meds unless yr blackmailed to putting up with their abusive call.
