The reception staff are very polite and helpful and try to get you an appointment. However it can be a long wait on the phone to get through. When I do get through I get what I need. It would also be better if you didn't have to go to Heacham to get your vaccines. It would be much more convenient if I could have them here.

Brilliant care from the nurse

If I was just rating the nurse I would give a 5 star rating but overall just a 3. The nurse was brilliant, very good care. Perhaps I am being a bit harsh but the reception can be difficult. Today the screen wasn't working and the receptionist did not acknowledge me soon enough. Sometimes the attitude at reception is not always good.

The surgery is brilliant. They are efficient and quick to see your problem. I've had lots of problems recently and they have been very efficient. In a short time I got the treatment I needed and was referred to the hospital. All very professional. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. Just brilliant.

Very difficult to book an appointment, and if the matter isn’t urgent you’ll often be told to ring another day. Practically impossible to book an appointment in the morning. You cannot book appointments in advance, which sucks. Sometimes you’ll get through and the staff wil hang up in you just as you get through to them, which is again not just inconvenient but annoying too, especially if you’ve been waiting in a massive queue. As a person with chronic illness (including chronic pain) and medical trauma from regular dismissal by other doctors, I can personally recommend Dr Funnell; he actually listens to you, validates you, and offers actual solutions and support. The best GP I’ve ever had.

the nurses are brilliant. I had a letter from the surgery on 24th May to ring for a gp appointment. Today is 5th August and I still haven't got through. I have quite serious medical issues but they just don't care. So disappointed.

Whilst away in Hunstanton my daughter took I'll, rang the practice but left on hold for over 90 minutes. Is anyone actually answering the calls???? Disgraceful

Ringing the surgery is a joke

I rang for an appointment and after an excessively long message was told I was no 2 in the queue. 15 mins later I was no 1 in the queue. 35 mins later and the call has still not been answered!
