    Good Morning, I'm sorry you feel this way, this of course is not the intention of anyone within the practice. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please do call the surgery, request to speak to a manager and we will be more than happy to help you. We do endeavour to respond to patients as swiftly as possible, but this can be challenging due to capacity issues, staff absence and the demanding time of year.
