  I moved here from my previous gp as I couldn't get an appointment. My first time of asking here and I got to see the gp straight away

  The nurse I saw for my HRT check up was fabulous, I think her name was Angie (said she normally worked in Gorleston) She seemed to understand exactly what I was talking about & sorted out my prescription.

  I was booked into Gurney Surgery by mistake, as my surgery is Mile End,Rd.

  Dear Patient I am sorry to hear that you did not visit your own usual Practice Branch Surgery for your vaccines - we did have appointments available at all three sites although we did encourage patients to book an appointment at whichever site they could attend first so as to be protected by the vaccine as quickly as possible.
