  Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment at the nearest surgery to me and I don't have a car. The staff are very polite and very kind though, they help me how they can.

  I had one negative experience but everything else has been positive. My child's school had raised a concern about possible Autism Spectrum Disorder, when we turned up for the appointment the paper work hadn't been read. We did raise this and it was dealt with so over-all we're quite happy. Making appointments is really good and staff are very helpful on the phone.

  I come weekly to get my bandages changed. The way the staff are with me is very good.

  I always book in with the receptionist in person and it is always really easy. I have never had any problems with them and the service has always been great.

• Booked in for my ECG really easily

  Sometimes when you are trying to get an appointment you have to be ringing first thing and have to wait on the phone. It might be good if you could easily book a slot online. The doctor has been really good, though. I came in for my ECG and it was really easy to book in.

  The surgery has a serious issue with honesty with GP behaving in a dishonest manner

  I had to get an emergency appointment because it was a two week wait for a standard appointment, which was too long. They referred me to the hospital and arranged my appointment.

  No complaints for this surgery, I've not had any ill treatment. Usually have to wait a long time for appointment but you have to expect it.

• Communicate well

  The midwife team are friendly and communicate well with their ladies. I think the surgery could do with changing the telephone hold music, as it's very irritating. If you are feeling unwell it can drive you a bit crazy.
