  It was quite a long wait, nearly 3 hours. The staff were amazing, very polite people. I tried my GP first and then 111 who advised me to come to the walk in. The kindness of the staff compensates for the wait. If you know where you were in the queue, like having a number or something, that would be good. It would help you be a bit more patient.

  Thank you for your kind words and our apologies for the long wait to be seen. We really like your suggestion of having a numbered ticket but our triage system of prioritising medical emergencies, along with our allocation of certain conditions to the most suitable clinician, means that sometimes we are unable to see patients in the exact order in which they arrived. We do however update our wait time regularly on our website and patients waiting to be seen are welcome to ask for an update from reception at any time. Our thanks again for taking the time to review us.

  It's good. Its a long wait, they said two hours which was about right. It was good when I was seen, I was diagnosed and given what I needed.

  Brilliant. The people are nice, they're always friendly and listen to you. I came on Friday after trying to get a GP appointment and they sent me here. I was told to come back if things got worse so I came back again today (Monday).

• Got everything I needed

  It was fine. I called the GP this morning but they didn't have any spaces. It was a two hour wait but I got everything I needed once I was seen.

  It was good, I liked the service very much. I called my GP and they told me to come here. I knew how long it would take so I came after that and they had everything ready.

• Long wait

  They did what they could for me but it was a long wait. I was here for two and a half hours. I had to come out to move my car. The wait was 2/5 but when I was seen it was 5/5.

• Amazing GP Surgery

  am 55 years of age and have experienced long term Grief - CPTSD - Anxiety and Depression and the Peri -Menopause - thanks to the support of everyone at the surgery I have been fully supported through an extremely challenging time and could not have got through it without everyone at the surgery - thank you you are all amazing stars ⭐⭐⭐ love from the Purrs

• Really hard to get an appointment

  It is so hard to get an appointment and I ended up being left without my mental health medication for 4 days as I could not get in to be seen. They are shocking when it comes to mental health, the doctor just sent me to the pharmacy. They misdiagnosed my Mum and she is now in hospital and it took 6 months of bring my daughter in to get to the bottom of what was wrong with her. You never get to see the same doctor which just doesn't help and you struggle to get through on the phone.

  Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get an appointment. The staff are all very friendly and today I was in and out within 20 minutes.

  Today has been great, I phoned and it was answered in 15 minutes and they fitted my son in at 11am. We were a few minutes late going in but the doctor was lovely and spent time talking to my son and not just to me which he found good. I think this has been a very good surgery, I do actually have one closer to my home but have decided to stay with this one as they have looked after me with my on going issues.
