    Thank you for your kind words and our apologies for the long wait to be seen. We really like your suggestion of having a numbered ticket but our triage system of prioritising medical emergencies, along with our allocation of certain conditions to the most suitable clinician, means that sometimes we are unable to see patients in the exact order in which they arrived. We do however update our wait time regularly on our website and patients waiting to be seen are welcome to ask for an update from reception at any time. Our thanks again for taking the time to review us.
