  ...one evening so we went to the walk-in centre. They were so busy that they said they weren't going to see anymore patients. They wouldn't see us and recommended we call 111 instead.

  I use the walk-in centre because I can rarely get appointments with my GP. It's a good service but it's always busy. I guess it's because lots of people can't get appointments with their GP's as well.

  I was told to come to the walk-in centre by my doctors surgery as they weren't taking patients. When I got here they were not seeing any patients unless it was an emergency.

  I collapsed in the library and went to the walk in centre. They checked me over quickly and recommended I go straight to hospital. They were efficient and kind. Excellent service.

  It's there when you need it. Open later than my GP practice, so can go in and be seen. Sometimes have to wait a while, but it's no problem.

  If you're not in a panic it's very good. You have to wait a little while, but you expect that. If you can't get a non-urgent appointment it's the only option.

  I was unable to get an appointment at my GP surgery, so used the Walk-in service. Excellent.

  The walk-in service was very good. I had a severe cough and wasn't sure what it was but after seeing someone I realised what it was.

  I had to take my son there twice. You get sensible advice. I don't know how they do it, I have 2 teenage boys and they have a good balance of skill and are brilliant with them.
