  We waited a lot less time here than at A&E. It felt like they push you to the front more if you have a child with you which is good - even an under 3 not a newborn. We were seen within half an hour.

  I waited about an hour but everything has been good. The general consensus is that more money is needed for all of the NHS.

• Missed problems twice

  Today they said I was wasting their time when my son has respiratory problems. I took him to Tuckswood and they gave him medication. This is not the first time I've had trouble with Rouen Road, when I was pregnant I was having reduced movements, the walk in centre said it wasn't an issue. But when I went to Tuckswood they sent me straight to the hospital!

• Pick your time carefully

  Brilliant service but you have to pick your time, don't go after school or on a Friday night. I've gone in dripping with blood and got stitched up there and then. Tablets for holidays too.

  They missed me out when I was in here, I didn't get anywhere. I should've come to the GP in the first place. But everybody was very friendly.

  I can always get an appointment online to see my favourite doctor. Really good service if you're working. They have always taken really good care of me.

• It’s a mixed bag

  My last visit here ended in tears as the nurse was desperate to get rid of me and stated there was nothing wrong. Subsequently saw my doctor and was prescribed antibiotics. But there can be nice staff

  I got an appointment through 111 and was seen straight away. We weren't familiar with it but a member of staff came out and took us through as there was a lot going on at the time.

  It's a good service. You can sometimes have to wait a few hours but it's always there and it's reassuring.
