Unfortunately, we were awaiting official confirmation of our flu vaccine delivery dates before we scheduled clinics, so were unable to provide a booked appointment at the time of your request. I apologise that the appointment request form was still accessible on our website and the inconvenience this caused this was an oversight and should have been removed.     Thank you for your feedback. We are governed by strict prescribing regulations and can not issue/dispense medication to any patient that lives within a mile of a pharmacy. We would like nothing more than to give our patients access to 100% of the services we offer at Plowright, but unfortunately this is beyond our control. If you feel that you fall outside of the mile radius, we would be happy to check your details to see if using the Plowright Dispensary is an option,.     Thank you for your comments, the practice offers a variety of ways to consult with the clinical team. Telephone. Face to face. Online . Our staff will always try to deal with your request in the best and quickest way. Telephone calls or online message can be more convenient for the patient as this means you do not need to attend the surgery. So no travelling needed or time of work. We will always consider the patients request, if you would prefer a F2F appointment, please let the receptionist know and they will try to accommodate, please be aware that there may be a slightly longer wait for a F2F appointment.
