    Thank you for your positive feedback on our staff. To confirm We are booking face to face appointments, in particular if patients are unable to send a photo a F2F will be offered. For those that are able to send in photos, this is a quicker’ more efficient way to get treatment as it helps the team direct you to the right person in practice, this is. It always a GP. The staff are all trained in active sign posting, and sometimes the best person to see is not always whom the patient expects, this can seem that you are not getting what you want from the staff..
