  The help, sympathy and support I was given by my doctor after my mother's sudden death was extraordinary. It gave me the cushion to come to terms with my loss, confident that there was a safety net if I stumbled again.

  Very king & understanding. Vey straight forward & to the point. Arranged MRI scan without hesitation once l described my symptoms. A breath of fresh air after so much pain & suffering.

  Receptionist fitted me in as urgent and my doctor was amazing.

  ...apart from GP who I don't get on with. I had an issue with some treatment many years ago, and I won't see that doctor since then. But that's fine. I have the greatest respect for our NHS, couldn't rate them highly enough.

  I can never get an appointment. You have to call at 8, everyone calls at once and you wait 40 minutes to speak to someone. That is the only way you can get in. We want to move to another practice but as a family of five it's difficult and nowhere else is probably any different anyway.

  Every time I've had to see a doc or nurse they have always been fab, quick and helpfull.
