  Very very busy on the phone at 8am. Can usually get appointments when I need, care is excellent, no problems.

  Thank you for your really positive comments David; yes, on some days we can have 30 calls in a queue when we open the phone lines, and in the first hour of opening we often deal with 100 or more calls. Even with upto 5 receptionists answering calls, you will see that, although we try and deal with needs as quickly as possible, there may be some delay in your call being answered in this first hour of opening.   Always get an appointment when I need. Online services are good, but you still have to wait a while for an appointment.

• Long waits for blood tests

  Doctors at the surgery are nice, long waits for blood tests and appointments. I usually use the Walk-in Centre in Norwich as it fits in better with my work hours. They're open evenings and weekends.

  My husband was ill recently, he was always able to get appointments. Service was quick and efficient. The Well Woman clinic was closed around 5 years ago, this was a very good service.

  Had a chest infection, no appointments. Couldn't make an appointment for over a month. Ended up using the Norwich Walk-In Centre.

• High turnover of GP's

  The service and care is always good. However, there seems to be a high turnover of GP's and there is always very long waits on the phone at 8am, when trying to book an appointment.

• Staff are genuine

  Husband was in great need, could always get him seen. Service was good. Now I find it very difficult to get appointments. The online system is ok, but what about those who aren't online.
