Not great
3rd January 2018I phoned up to say that I had sciatica and I was in a lot of pain. I arranged an appointment thinking it was with a doctor but it was with a physio, who prescribed me painkillers. The pain didn't subside so I went back and saw a different physio. When I asked about more painkillers she told me to buy them over the counter. I thought this was very presumptuous, I can't afford them.

Variable service
3rd January 2018No trouble with the staff, they're fine. You can't get appointments very easily. Usually at least a one week wait. I find the receptionists vary. Some are lovely, some aren't. They referred me to a clinic but the clinic never got back to me. I didn't chase it up.

Need more staff
3rd January 2018This surgery used to be good, but over the past 2 or 3 years it's gotten worse. To get general appointments take too long so I don't bother going. I think the staff they have are good, but they desperately need more.

Booking system is awful
12th October 2017The doctors at this surgery are good. The booking system is awful, try and get an appointment and they call you back to decide whether or not you warrant one. It's not always the same person you spoke to in the first place.

It's the system
5th October 2017I do not feel the service I get there is very good. It takes a long while to get through and you have to wait a long while for an appointment. The doctors are ok, its just the system.

Never known anything like it
6th February 2017They called my sister fat. She went to the GP because she thought something was wrong and they said they couldn't feel anything because of the fat. When she finally managed to get seen at the hospital they found something on her liver. The hospital said to make an appointment with GP after and they wouldn't let her book ahead even though the hospital told her to make the appointment. One of the receptionists is so rude.

Medication
8th March 2016I have a child with disability and have 20 items on prescription. If the hospital says she needs antibiotics, we have to call the doctor because we have date restrictions online and are limited as to when we can next order medication. It makes no sense that some people are able to stock pile medication when we struggle so much to order ours.
