Quite often in Primary Care we cannot refer to some specialist services as this has to come from hospital consultants. Any information you can provide would help with learning. Unfortunately our phone lines are always very busy and we appreciate how frustrating that can be, the team work as hard as they can to get this down quickly. We do offer a number of pre-bookable appointments that are released on a daily basis for routine problems but these do go very quickly. I understand the frustration of the call queues, unfortunately our lines are always very busy however the team work very hard to get through them as quickly as possible. You can no longer submit prescription requests through footfall, however you can use the NHS App, system online through the website, or by dropping your repeat slip into the surgery.
