  I have just spoken to the doctor and told them that they are marvellous. They try hard to put you right. I have been down to the open surgery before which is brilliant but today I had appointments with the doctor and the nurse. They were marvellous. They can't do enough for you. We have a laugh and a joke. My friend thinks they are marvellous as well!

  It's good. I like that there is the walk in service. The waiting isn't too bad. You can be seen early. Everything seems to run smoothly. The waiting room is really nice and so are all the people. The care is really nice; they do everything they can. To bump it up to a five for me, it would have to be the absolute best, most pristine care! I think for me, It's the best it can be for what it is.

  Absolutely fantastic. I left my previous surgery to come here. There is none of this triaging and waiting for weeks for an appointment, no. You can come here and wait to see someone. Everyone I tell about this service can't believe it!

  it's excellent. The staff, the doctors and nurses, the whole package; I can't fault them for anything. My appointment was excellent, they always are. Everyone who works here, from the receptionists to the doctors, are doing a great job. These people are here to help us.

  It's fantastic! You can come here and sit and wait. If you're ill today, you can see someone. I was here early and I was seen. They've looked after me through all sorts. The doctor asks the questions and lets you explain in your own way. The doctor is brilliant. They are so good that I have recommended the surgery to my family and now they are with the surgery as well.

  They're very good. I go down there to get my pills and they ring me for blood tests. They are always helpful. They call me in for a check up. The nurses are excellent.

  I went to my doctor with something and the referral was quick. I think the surgery is absolutely brilliant. It's amazing that they have a drop in service in the morning!

  Absolutely excellent. Can't fault them. It's accessible. They've seen me through my illness. You know you can come to the open surgery.

  It is 100% better than where I used to live. You can phone up, like today. I needed to see someone. If you make an appointment you might have to wait one or two weeks but if you need to see someone you can come on the same day. They are so lovely. The receptionists are lovely. Absolutely brilliant. You get texts about check-ups. They're on the ball.
