  Tom was very easy to talk to, I felt comfortable speaking with him. Tom offered so much support for myself which I didn’t think was available including organisations and funding.

  I felt that as a caregiver to my husband I didn’t need support but following the conversation with Tom I would benefit from support

  I am facing some challenges whilst caring for my mum. In particular some differences in opinion from another member of the family. This adds extra pressure to an already difficult situation. Karen was able to sign post the best services to support decision making and give me the confidence to continue to ensure mum is getting everything she needs. I was also appreciative of the opportunity to discuss my own needs and it was useful to reflect on my own well being. Thank you Karen you were brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend your service. In fact I have already done so.

  Carers Matter Norfolk provided me with much needed support & understanding after I was suddenly plunged unwittingly into the role of carer when my mother suffered a severe medical episode. Six months of constant stress and anxiety, with seemingly no end in sight, was alleviated by the support, advice and, most importantly, action that they took. I will be forever grateful.
