    Dear Patient I am so sorry to read you were less than impressed by the service reviewed. I’m surprised to read there was no one around as we had 2 members of staff “marshalling” and 2 of our patient participation group volunteers supporting; I can only apologise for this. Our staff ask regarding whether you are under or over 65 as there are two separate flu vaccine types dependant on your age. It would not be clinically safe for us to guess patients ages based on how they look - but I do understand that some may find this potentially insulting. Again, I do apologise. I am also sorry if you felt you were a nuisance to the staff, I can whole heartedly say that this would not have been their intention to make you feel this way. If you would like to discuss further please do get in touch and ask to speak to myself, if he happy to speak and consider wherever we may be able to make improvements.
