    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review and the feedback provided. I'm sorry to read that you have not had a positive experience, this is not in keeping with the service levels we look to provide and not the feedback we usually receive. It would appear in this case that the issue has been created by communications between the hospital and the practice. There are certain medications that cannot be prescribed in primary care, and it appears the team have done their best to resolve the issue with the information available, though this would have meant contact would have had to be made with the hospital to seek clarification and a suggested alternative.
