  I came to see Nurse Jen. I can honestly say I have never felt so well cared for. She has sorted out a problem that I have had for at least 10 years, I now have never felt so well. Please Orchard Surgery you must not let Nurse Jen leave. I am so grateful to her.

  Visited surgery for help with an infected finger. Reception team very helpful and knowledgeable. Was seen for a quick assessment by senior clinician who was friendly , efficient and also knowledgable. Prescription organised to be collected from pharmacy later. Thank you Orchard Surgery.

  Big thank you to Orchard surgery today. Called at around 15:50pm as my son who is 7 months old became poorly over the last few days and had a bad temp & poor intake and output. Given an appointment within 15 minutes. Arrived and I was seen by a wonderful Dr who listened to me as a concerned parent and checked my son over from head to toe plus no rushing us. He took the time to diagnose my son and give him the correct treatment by also weighing him to see what treatment was correct for him and his weight. I really cannot thank you enough. always great help! Thank you from a worried mum x

  I’ve always been treated by friendly and caring professionals either by telephone or face to face appointments. I would particularly like to thank Dr Huckle for his professionalism, caring and friendly manner. A wonderful doctor. I have not yet met any other doctor but I have met a number of nurses and practice nurses who have all given me the same care and professionalism. All receptionists have also been very helpful whenever I have needed an appointment or other help. Thank you all.

  From the very first day I felt a lump in my breast up to this point the care I've recieved has been amazing. From receptionist to nurses & of course Dr's. Through covid too. Can't phrase them enough.

  Unfortunately I've had to ring the surgery twice in as many weeks and although I had to wait 20th in line when I spoke to the receptionist I found her very pleasant and helpful. Got to see nurse/practitioner same day and she was fantastic.

  Perfect patient care from nurse practitioner Jane. Jane has been very helpful with my medical care. Jane listens to what I have to say about my health,never rushes me and always finds a way of helping me. Checks me from head to toe and always happy and kind. Receptionists always helpful when I call and listen to me and find a solution to my issues?

  I have been treated with respect and kindness on every visit to the surgery from the reception staff, nurses, doctors and practitioners. I have had to use the surgery a lot recently to sort out prescriptions, appointments and to take my special need adult son for injections and blood taken. EVERY occasion we have been shown so much kindness and support!!
