Needs more disabled parking

Very good. The service is good, I've always been satisfied with it. Parking could be better, there's only 2 disabled spots and they're often full.

It's not bad. The doctor is always running late though, it's one in particular, sometimes by 45 minutes or so. Twice I've had to leave before my appointment because I've had to get somewhere else before being seen. I also think things need following up better. I'd had some blood tests because of a problem I was having and they came back clear. I then had to chase up to find out what the next steps would be because I didn't hear anything. The nurses are good.

I had a Blood Pressure test and gave blood today to check everything is ok. It was easy to book as they called me up!
The NHS is on its knees. You can't see a Dr, I am lucky as am relatively healthy for my age and I don't find one of the Drs very receptive at all. It is not the staffs problem or fault. It is underfunded and disgusting and it is not the people or staffs fault.

They're always helpful. It's not so long waiting for appointments. I wish they'd do home visits a bit more easily as my husband is house bound.

They are very good, they got me in with a Dr straight away. Mine is off ill and they got me in with a different one straight away. The new hub is really good. I spend a lot of time at the Drs with myself and family and I can't complain.

It's not too bad, I get on well with the staff. There's a bit of a wait on the phone but i've always found them okay.

I went for an ECG today but something was wrong with the technology, but normally it is all fine, yes very good. The staff are nice - of course they are - I have never had problems getting an appointment or phone call. I can't complain about anything. I don't come very often but they're excellent when I do

I don't mind the reception staff they listen and make the appointments you want. The nurses are good. One Dr is not so good especially with mental health, so I go to Caister if I have a problem and it is good my needs can be seen at either surgery

When you phone up you get such a long spiel at the start of the call before you even get through to anyone. They are always friendly and helpful. It is difficult to get an appointment but that is the NHS generally and not their fault.

It's convenient and the staff are very good. Making appointments can be a wait, but you can usually get one. Less time on the phone would be good.
