• Wife was wrongly diagnosed

  My wife was wrongly diagnosed with a bad leg when she had cancer so it's a hard question when my own experience has been good. She didn't have an MRI until 3 weeks before she died. I just wonder if she could have been picked up sooner. The follow up was excellent though.

  They are pretty good with appointments. I've only been in Norfolk 4 years. Appointments here 100% better than in Essex. This practice is really good.

• Would be better if treated minor injuries

  Whenever you want to be seen, you are seen within reasonable time. You never wait long when you're here. I can see practice nurses in Hemsby too. My wife had caught her finger in a door - we were sent to A & E and waited 4 hours. I did feel that could be dealt with at the surgery in 2 minutes. Treat minor injuries is room for improvement.

• Reasonably efficient

  I think they're reasonably efficient. I have some problems with my drugs - prescriptions to chemist but not enough supplies - but hopefully that's getting sorted. It's convenient to me so I can't complain.

  We get so much from our national health service. You sometimes have to wait but I think we are very lucky. Service here is excellent, no complaints.

• Long waits

  I can wait a long while to see my doctor, from 20 minutes to 1 hour. But the service I get when I see him is always very good.
