  As always, the reception team went above and beyond to accommodate my baby who needed a very short notice emergency appointment. Saw Carl who always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain his reasoning behind treatments. Really grateful to all the staff at LSMP, thank you.

  Dr Rashid was professional, calming and gave me full attention as I answered her questions about my symptoms. I felt I was fully cared for as arrangements were made for further investigation following examination. The Doctor phoned me when the results were available and was kind as she explained what the next steps would be. I was very impressed and, of course, grateful.

  Great experience having blood test done today, I am a very anxious patient especially having blood test and Cheryl was so calming and made me feel very at ease. At my next blood test I will be much more at ease.

  Dr Emilie really listened to me and helped work out a treatment that was right for me. I feel so much better, like me again. I just wish it was easier to get an appointment than having to ring up at 8.30am.

• Asthma nurse appointment for my son

  I took my son for his first asthma nurse appointment with nurse Amy. She was very thorough and so good with him. I asked her questions on things I can do to help and she answered them all. She was patient and understanding with my son which was needed as this was his first asthma appointment. I’m very pleased with the time spent and the fact we have inhalers on repeat prescriptions as this is a massive relief!

  Quick, efficient and engaging call with Ruth. She ensured my matter was dealt with. I called at just after midday and was the No1 caller in the system.

  I had returned for my third appointment regarding the same issue and Natalie was great. She was different to who I’d seen the first two times. She did multiple tests and got me a blood test to rule other things out. I felt reassured that she was doing all she could to help me with my issue. She was also very polite and friendly.

• Nurse able to prescribe antibiotics

  How brilliant to visit Nurse Natalie on Wednesday and leave the surgery with antibiotics in my hand. As a full time worker, the whole visit took a short amount of time. When I checked my messages later she had sent me a leaflet with more information about the cyst. Excellent service and delighted to have saved Doctors time. Thank you from a very happy patient x

  Excellent advice on managing menopause from. Dr Addison is up to date with the latest research and communicating clear and with compassion, really recommend.
