  Overall I was very impressed, I'm all for seeing paramedics in primary care setting, they have the right skills set for seeing acute on the day patients. I was in a lot of pain, he was very empathetic and put md at ease

  I was treated very kindly. By reception and bedside manner of the doctor who saw me "Craig" was amazing. I was given the treatment needed and also reassured of my worries. Thank you.

  My neighbour has asked me to pass my thanks onto the dispensary team. After waiting for a long time for her medication to be sorted, she telephoned the dispenser and the issue was sorted straight away. She had said that the lady named Jenna always gets things sorted for her and was most impressed with the friendly service she received. She would like to pass on her thanks to all at the surgery and dispensary .

  I recently saw Dr Douglass, who was very professional, friendly and understanding. She is always easy to talk to and goes out of her way to help. I then had to book a couple of appointments at Reception and Lucy was so kind and helpful; she couldn't have been more accommodating and very patiently found me two consecutive appointments to save me time and money in travelling to the surgery.

  My Dr is continuing to assess my condition and is doing so from all angles. Giving medical advice and lifestyle information to support a healthier me. He also has a lovely manner and is very empathetic. Great service with a very accomplished and kind Dr Watchman

  I had an issue, wherein the Well pharmacy was . I did this and Ruth in the dispensary team took time to understand the particular issue and then intervened with the Well pharmacy to get an alternative to the original prescription made available to me. Ruth was very swift and efficient, and has seemed to resolve the issue to everyone’s satisfaction. The service that was provided was excellent.

  I've seen Dr Addison the last two visits in the last 3 months for two of my children. She is always friendly, professional, reassuring and takes the time to listen so that we never feel like we have just been rushed through. Although I have also seen many of the other Drs & nurses and have always had a positive experience.

  Having moved into the area I was pleasantly surprised how much better the service I am now receiving from this Practice. The whole service from staff in all departments has been kind and reassuring and have nothing but admiration for the team.. highly recommend
