  Just wanted to send my thanks to the ladies in dispensary, especially Sue and Jenny. They always go the extra mile and provide a friendly and knowledgable service. They are both an asset to the dispensary and nothing is ever to much trouble.

• Very thorough service for my children

  I saw Natalie within the last week with my of my children. She was very patient and professional with them both. Checked them both over and prescribed the medication to help my children. I was so pleased how quickly I got the appointment and will definitely ask to see her again.

  The G.P. Registrar I saw was very thorough and understanding and spent such a long time with me exploring pain management options and referring me on to the relevant department.

  We all know that the NHS is under immense pressure at the moment, but when you get through to LSMP you couldn’t wish for nicer reception staff who will go above and beyond to help you. I’ve had a variety of different doctors and nurses for both physical and mental health issues and all have been absolutely wonderful, compassionate and have even followed up to support me afterwards. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make this place a fantastic doctors surgery.

  I saw Carl today he listened and was very caring and explained everything in great detail. He is organising tests and X-rays for me, I was so impressed with his caring attitude. It was so much different to a doctors appointment I had earlier in the year, it has restored my faith in this surgery seeing Carl.

• Shoulder injury and diabetes

  An ongoing issue with my shoulder, that is coming to a head is being managed and sorted. I was also pre-diabetic but tipped over to diabetic ..after some time to adjust my diet and helpful / supportive advice I have changed my diet and avoided full diabetes...well for now..

• Reassuring outcome

  Called this am regarding worries re my husband who was recently release from hospital. Doctor arrived as promised. Gave a thorough examination and explained clearly his findings which was much appreciated. I felt I had a very reassuring visit which put my worries to rest. Thank you so much for this brilliant service.

  I do not go to the surgery very often. Today I called first thing in the morning I was dealt with in a caring and professional way by the receptionist. I was made an appointment to see the clinician. Again a very caring and professional and thorough man. I would like to thank all at the surgery for all the help and caring they give .
