  I wanted to leave this review as far like far too many people complain about the negatives and never report on the positives. I would like to say that Dr Voigt has been my gp for several years now and she is amazing. I have never had such a supportive doctor. I feel that she always takes the time to listen and has a genuine care and interest in her patients, a real asset to the surgery as she makes her patients feel valued. I would also like to comment on the professionalism of the reception staff and also the dispensary who always go that extra mile.

  I have had to visit the surgery a couple of times in a short space of time. The reception staff have been really helpful and I cannot say enough about Dr Addison. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that has so helped me. Thank you

  Would like to pass on my thanks to the wonderful ladies in dispensary and to Dr Douglass for their friendly and professional services. I am very lucky to be able to attend such a well organised GP surgery and receive the care I needed recently.

  I’ve had to visit the doctors a few times recently and each time I’ve phoned the receptionist have been really friendly and compassionate, the healthcare professionals I’ve seen have listened to me and been thorough within each appointment. Dr Addison in particular was very reassuring and took action quickly which was greatly appreciated. The surgery is always very clean.

  I have found every dealing with the practice at Long Stratton to be first-rate. The receptionists are polite, efficient and helpful. The practitioners cannot do enough to help. They are professionals who have great skills and they perform their duties with care and compassion.

  I have had nothing but trouble with prescriptions in the last year! Constant problems every month gone down every route possible calls every month even doctor standing at dispensery and notes in capital letters on my documents that medications must not be stopped yet they still can't achieve this and communication between staff is a joke, iv been left with out the medication making me ill and affecting my work as for getting appointment constant battle not worth the hassle
