  Rang the surgery this morning and spoke to a polite, helpful receptionist who arranged an immediate appointment- saw the doctor who arranged an X-ray for me. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the service they provide.

  Twice in the last 2 years I have gone to Dr Hodgson after long periods of feeling unwell, worried that I might be wasting her time. In both instances she listened, treated me with care, kindness and reassured me. She subsequently made a number of referrals on my behalf, which resulted in specialist appointments at the NNUH. Without her thoroughness and care I may not have received the diagnoses I have, both of which could have serious consequences for me. The way she and all the other staff I have contact with at the practice have looked after / treated me has always been outstanding and am extremely grateful for all their support.

  After a bout of shingles I’ve had lingering issues. Dr Addison saved the day for me. She listened patiently and kindly and took into consideration my sometimes confusing symptoms. Still working through these but grateful for her support. Also the reception team, answering the phones. Thank you for your kindness and patience and helping me where you can.

  The staff and doctors have taken great care.,Words to reassurance , hospital appointments medication, phones calls when my medication has changed. They are all outstanding. I have been at this practice for around 40 years, I never had a problems

  Greeted by friendly reception staff when log in screen didn’t work. Short wait time. Lovely, friendly clinician for my sons appointment. Asked my son questions to make him laugh. Wonderful beside manner.
