  All staff at the surgery are courteous and helpful. The GP I saw went above and beyond to help me sort my medical problem, which was explained and ably rectified. Despite having decorators in and extensive building work, the staff coped extremely well.

  The Reception team are kind and caring and go out of their way to help Dr Addison is amazing she is so easy to talk to very thorough explains everything left the consultation feeling reassured,

  The receptionist was really pleasant and helpful. My doctor Dr Rhisd was absolutely brilliant and very very professional

  Stephanie has been so helpful and informative. The reception team got us in same day on different occasions. My son has been very ill and it was lovely to know that whilst we were in hospital Stephanie had been reading our sons notes to see how he was getting on.

  With being a long term, long covid sufferer it’s hard but Natalie and Karl have both been so understanding and reassuring. Natalie especially is so open and thoughtful. Total credit to the surgery

  Our family, my son 25, husband 65 and myself 59 have had the unfortunate call to use the surgery on many, many, occasions in the last 16 years, due to thyroid, long term renal, cardiac, diabetes, potential oncology issues. Resulting in Trips to NNUH( who are excellent too) We have always had kind staff at Long Stratton Medical Practice to support us over those years, The GP and their team, have morphed, to include Paramedics and Nurse Practitioners (I could not fault their kindness or advice and give admiration to their dedication) we are lucky to have them as they do an excellent role supporting the Doctors, the Reception teams, Dispensary staff, Skilled Nurse Assistants, and Physio, carry out their roles with professionalism Thank you very much where would we be without you, we are very lucky in the UK, it’s a good job we have the NHS. THANK YOU

  I visited yesterday following a call to 111 after my son had a veryhugh temperature. The surgery didtheur best to fit him in and diagnose the issue. They were efficient and compassionate

  I don't often have to visit the doctors but my last experience was a good one. Prompt service (as much as the growing demand on the surgery allows) and I felt listened to and cared for by the two GPs who I dealt with and the office staff.
