    Thank you for your feedback and I apologise for the delay in responding to your concern. We ask all of those patients who are able to do so, to send in a query or patient request via our website in order to free up the telephone lines for those patients who are not able to access our website form. When you post your question onto the web form, the matter is triaged within the hour and will be placed with the most appropriate clinician or member of staff to deal with. All of the forms we receive are responded to within 48 hours and within a matter of hours if your clinical need is urgent. We find this process has increased our patient response time and reduces the amount of time patients are waiting to get through on the phone lines. Mrs L Rose Business Manager
