  They're really good. I'm always able to get an appointment when needed by using the online forms, it's too hard to wait on the phone. I love Dr. Baker, she's great.

• Impossible to see your own doctor

  They are good but it's impossible to see your own doctor which does make a difference as they know your history. I saw one I didn't know who wasn't concerned about my symptoms. When I saw my own doctor to check he sent me for scans as he knew my history.

  I'm working with the mental health workers. They take their time in the appointments, I was pleasantly surprised that I was given time to talk properly. Some of the advice wasn't useful as it was about services out of the area but they've been really friendly and easy to talk to.

  I came in to get a copy of my medication which they dealt with straight away. They're absolutely brilliant, can't fault them. I came in once with abnormal blood pressure, saw a GP within ten minutes and had an ECG that afternoon.

  My last appointment was fine, it was with a doctor. I called and got through ok, I was number six in the queue so not too bad. I can see my named GP if I need to. I know it's a busy practice but I'm very happy overall. They manage my medication well and they're thorough on phone appointments.

  I filled in a form on the website first thing the be morning. Someone phoned me back within an hour to make an appointment for later that morning. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Suzanne who was excellent with my son and made me feel like I was listened to and my concerns addressed.

  Got a F2F appointment very quickly. The Receptionist who greeted me was so nice. I saw Beth today who was just so lovely. She really listened and explained everything so clearly. Very personable and approachable. Thank you Beth. Excellent experience overall.

  I left a review regarding the online form only being open 6.15am-8am when people are on commutes/school runs etc. they replied to the review to say their online appointment form is open 24/7. I’ve just tried again. It isn’t! The contact form says you can’t use it for medical enquiries. The ‘Get help for any health problem’ form doesn’t work out of 6.15am-8am. The ‘request an appointment’ form has a very short list you can request an appointment for an no field to enter other. I have looked over the website, so where is this magical 24 hour form they say exists? And why isn’t it linked on the home page? It’s so sad how defensive this surgery is rather than listening to patients and remembering they are human.

  Impossible to contact the surgery if you work office hours. The online.m messaging system is only open two hours in the morning during the school run/commute. The only thing you can do outside of work is submit a prescription request. I need my test results which aren’t on the online system but there is no way to leave a message online or email. For neurodiverse people/ those with other disabilities, if you struggle with phone calls during the day you are screwed. It just feels like they want to make it as hard as possible for people to get in touch about their health.

Our website and all forms bar our Get Help form are on 24/7 this is to ensure patient safety and safe triaging forms against appointment availability and other access routes. Test results can be requested via our test results from which is again on 24/7 and if you are a smartphone user the NHS App allows you to view consultation and results as well. We appreciate you taking your time to leave feedback and continually aim to improve service whilst maintaining patient safety at our core.

  Recently been experiencing ongoing symptoms and have had a mixture of face to face, calls and text responses which have all been superb. The staff from reception through to clinical are all so helpful and I feel we are so lucky to have this surgery in this area. Being an advanced nurse practitioner myself I am aware of the current issues facing primary care, and I feel this surgery is second to none. Dr Pinny, Dr Baker and Charlotte particularly have all been very helpful, dealing with my issues professionally and promptly. My medications have always been available timely with no issues. Overall an outstanding service and I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone moving in this area. Keep up the great work everyone - I know how difficult it feels at the minute and all positivity is needed!
