  It's a very good surgery, I think. They always get everything sorted quickly for me. They've really stepped up to the mark in my opinion. The GP I see is excellent.

  Thankfully I don't have to come in very often. But when I do it's a very good service. I'm 88 and it's quite convenient for me as I can walk here and then get the bus home.

  The staff are all very friendly. The GPs are great, very detailed I think. At this moment they are taking good care of me and I am happy.

  They got me in to be seen very quickly. I absolutely love the NHS, I'm from the US, so I really value the service here. The doctors, nurses and staff are all very professional. It's always a positive experience when I come here. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the online booking system. They're constantly turning it off and on again. I'd like them to communicate more with patients about what's happening with that.

  I can always get an appointment when I need one. I haven't actually seen a GP for a long time, but the nurses I've seen have been excellent. It really is a great service.

  It's brilliant here. I'd give them 6 out of 5! Today I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time! All the staff and nurses and doctors are absolutely brilliant. Can't fault them at all. Very happy!

  It's very good here. I really don't know why other people moan so much about it, it's not like they're running a hotel! I think they're all doing their best. The receptionists really can't do enough for you. When I saw the doctor they said my iron was low. They printed me off a list of foods to eat which was very helpful, because I don't have access to the internet.

• The practice is fantastic

  The service is good, for example- there was a problem with my MRI results and the provider of these, but the practice manager here explained the situation and what was happening. All the staff are fine and the practice is fantastic.

• Lovely staff but referral pathway too long

  I phoned the practice yesterday and had an immediate call back and then got an appointment. But sometimes the referral pathway is too long. They try to put you off and you have to fight for onward referrals. They could improve by linking up why you have come to the practice and seeing the same GP each time. It's like you're a number- the personable approach has been lost. Although I have seen doctors quickly and the staff are lovely. Overall, the practice is brilliant compared to others.
